Good to see that Major League Baseball has finally come to its senses. Reinstating Pete Rose was long overdue, and it is a shame that MLB didn’t do it before Rose died. Hopefully, he will be elected to the Hall of Fame in short order. Betting on baseball was wrong, but his punishment was overdone.

CNN’s Jake Tapper spent four years lying to the world that Joe Biden was sharp as a tack and completely fit to carry out the duties of POTUS and Donald Trump was just a big meannie for making fun of Old Joe’s stutter. Now, Tapper is trying to make millions off his book, confessing that he and his Mainstream Media comrades all knew how mentally and physically compromised Dementia Joe was during his entire presidency.

Imagine that! Republicans want to remove Medicaid recipients from the government dole if they own a house worth a million dollars or more. The nerve of those Republicans to remove someone so needy from Medicaid.

Imagine being an elitist billionaire entertainer, and part of the vast leftwing oligarchy for the past 40+ years, who’s so deranged and triggered, that he feels it necessary to lecture concert goers about the “evil” US president that was handily elected by a landslide win over the DEI dunce his Democrat party tried to install. More evidence that Trump Derangement Syndrome is a real and serious mental disorder.

Energy. Should Pennsylvania be leveraging its power generation advantage to attract business investment beyond data centers? On a recent morning, from 9 AM to 10 AM, PA electricity producers delivered a surplus of 9440 megawatts. Over the same period, our energy-dependent neighbors who disingenuously tout their “green” credentials had the following energy gaps relative to needs: New Jersey (-4268MW), Maryland (-1467MW), Delaware (-1454MW), Virginia (-6299), Washington D.C. (-1201MW).

Do you remember when you were upset when Jill Biden accepted a brooch from the Prime Minister of France? What is your opinion of the manchild felon accepting a luxury plane from the Qatari royal family? Are we at the point where we refuse to be shocked by the corrupt daily grifting by this administration?

President Trump is urging Congress to raise taxes on the Wealthiest Americans, including a new top tax bracket and eliminating longstanding breaks. Trump’s proposal, discussed with Speaker Mike Johnson, would create a 39.6% tax bracket for earners of $2.5 million or more. I was always led to believe that republicans were for the rich. I guess that was just another lie Democrats have been blowing off about republicans for years.

If MSM allows it, there is going to be a much different narrative on food with Trump’s appointment of Casey Means for Surgeon General. We are about to hear from someone who wants us all to get healthy. It will be interesting to see how the food industry will try to cancel her. Means and Kennedy should be a great team for the support of the American People’s health!

This ProPublica article from 2021 is a long but worthwhile read about income, taxation and the ultra wealthy (no paywall). It contains this Warren Buffett quote from 2011 about billionaires: “There’s been class warfare going on for the last 20 years, and my class has won.” https://ift.tt/Dfs32AG

In Upper Pottsgrove, bid documents show there will be no fire protection for the new complex if built at the Gilbertsville Road property (that was originally purchased with Open Space Tax Revenue). That seems irresponsible and a public safety issue. Our we cutting costs for all the wrong reasons? If it is uninsurable, we have a problem!
When a federal agency or program is originally authorized, expiration dates are set for it. 1,503 of these are living way past their expiration dates. They are known as zombie programs. Another 155 will expire in September. Why are these programs continuing to be funded beyond their expiration dates without Congress extending the authorization date? DOGE should have every Congressman tell us what they did last week.

With all due respect, Michael Stern, the Democrats displaying those signs might all be immigrants. Maybe they all did come from a foreign country. They certainly act like they aren’t American citizens. They don’t want Photo IDs to vote, and they want to keep illegal immigrant criminals in the USA. Upon reflection, you are probably right, they are likely imbecilic morons who vote Democrat no matter what.

To Patriot54, why are you so concerned about Australia, Canada and our so-called allies’ feelings toward the US? These countries have been mooching off us for years and most of them have always hated us. They’re leeches who only come to us when they need something! Do they contribute when we need something? We don’t need them and never will! No more foreign aid!

I saw this on the internet, so it hasn’t to be true: In a world full of Bruce Springsteens … be a Kid Rock!
KC, you say Trump lied about Gas prices being down. EIA shows that gasoline prices across the USA averaged $3.74 a gallon in April 2024 and in May 2025, it is $3.30 a gallon. That looks like a decline to me. Who is lying?: KC. As for groceries, I see a lot of stuff going down recently, and I expect more as diesel prices continue to decline.

If James Comey didn’t understand the seashell depiction, why did he feel the need to post it?

Watch out, Sen. Fetterman, you’re about to be next! I hate Democrats, but you, I liked, you have common sense, and it’s clear you work for the good of the people. Now the left is calling for your resignation, another coup. What else is new?
Tariffs may cause short-term economic contraction, but in the long run, they’ll unlock the American dream of working in a factory and making less than a cashier at Walmart.

CNN announced that it had just uncovered startling new evidence that Joe Biden‘s decline was covered up by CNN.

It’s become obvious that “Bidenitis” is spreading in Washington, with members of Congress falling asleep while in session. Thank God it hasn’t progressed to the air traffic controllers, yet!
