I received a notice from Rep. Houlihan in which one of the items about which she brags is that she has voted to abolish the Department of Homeland Security numerous times. Evidently, she doesn’t want the homeland (the U.S.A.) to be a safe place in which to live. Remember this the next time she is on the ballot.

Photo IDs are required for receiving government assistance, Social Security, to fly, to go on a cruise, and even for a chiropractor to ask for an ID. Now, why would Democrats be so opposed to photo ID?

When a massive majority agrees on a solution, it’s hard to justify why it hasn’t become the nationwide standard yet. I see gasoline prices lowering, but let’s give credit where credit is due. Yes, this happened while Trump was president, but his policy of “Drill Baby Drill” did not increase production. OPEC increased production just with a flick of a switch, and I would like to see a USA company increase production to lower its cost on the product. Just a reminder, the federal deficit increased by $3 trillion in one year under Trump.

President Trump’s call to limit credit card interest rates to 10% was attacked by Democrats and the liberal media. They acknowledged that it would save consumers billions of dollars, but they were concerned that it might make it more difficult for those with poor credit to get cards. Robert Minninger. The concept of having a “fair trade” policy is positive, but not as Trump uses it. In 2025, the U.S. government extracted approximately $132 billion from businesses in this country. Sure, imposing high tariffs will hinder foreign trade, and the deficit will get smaller. Why should the citizens of this country pay for it? Tariffs are expected to add $1,300 annually to household expenses. Trump’s policy does not work for us.

I just saw an ABC News clip showing protesters seeking protection from ICE in Philadelphia. The only people who need protection from ICE are criminal illegal aliens and anyone who impedes ICE! This represents less than 1% of the population, so 99% of us are quite safe. What is going on in Minnesota with bringing in migrants and throwing large sums of money at the Somalis seems to be a microcosm of what the Democratic Party would like to do across the country.
