The Supreme Court found Biden didn’t have the authority to cut student loans without Congress. The same court finds Trump has the authority to cut the whole government and eliminate entire agencies unilaterally. The Court’s function was to ensure everything Biden did was struck down as an abuse of authority, but now there isn’t anything Trump doesn’t have the power to do. This is the most compromised, partisan, and unethical Court in our history.
