The Eagleview Landing Senior Living Community in Uwchlan Township, Chester County, is growing.
Hankin Group has begun construction on a $67 million expansion that will add 117 luxury independent living residences to the community. Construction is expected to be completed in 2026.
The expansion positions Eagleview Landing to serve the growing senior population in Chester County and surrounding areas, according to a press release.
The development’s first phase, which opened in 2020, includes 107 assisted living and memory care residences and more than 9,000 square feet of amenities across a total of 123,300 square feet. The development includes enhanced personal care services, memory care capabilities, and hospice coordination, ensuring residents have access to appropriate care as their needs evolve, the Hankin Group said.
The new construction will consist of 217,215 square feet — 193,500 for residential space and 23,715 square feet of amenities space, Hankin Group said in an emailed response to questions.
Once phase two is completed, Eagleview Landing will include more than 340,000 square feet of residential and amenity space.

“The addition of independent living represents the third component of our integrated senior living ecosystem,” the company said in its response.
Adding independent living residences to the community will also allow residents to age in place seamlessly, “transitioning between care levels as their needs evolve while maintaining their established community connections and lifestyle preferences,” the response stated.
The new building, which will be adjacent to the current building, will feature a variety of amenities that include a wellness center with an indoor pool and spa, a theater, game rooms, and a golf simulator. The expansion will also include tailored dining options, garage parking and walking trails.
“Eagleview Landing represents our commitment to providing exceptional senior living options that prioritize resident health, well-being, and happiness,” Michael Hankin, chief operating officer of Hankin Group, said in a statement.
A third phase of construction is planned for Eagleview Landing, which will add 125,600 additional square feet to the community. No specific details about phase three have been announced.

Hankin Group’s 800-acre Eagleview master-planned community includes more than 1,000 residences, 2.5 million square feet of commercial office and life science space, and over 50,000 square feet of retail space.
