Friday, The Mercury has the article about Montgomery County spending $32 million for employees, and Saturday, they have the article about a new hire to figure out how to save and use tax dollars wisely. What a joke, I’m sure we will be spending to save. The taxpayer never comes out ahead on county spending.

Where is all the hate coming from in this country? Donald Trump. After Kirk’s widow spoke at his memorial, when she said she doesn’t hate anybody, Trump spoke. He said, “I disagree with her. I hate all of my enemies.” Then he went on to name all of the people he hates. Earlier, he said, “I hate Democrats. I hate Taylor Swift. I hate anybody who doesn’t agree with me and praise me.”

That tactic ultimately delivered three U.S. Supreme Court Justices of Donald Trump’s choosing. Gerrymandered Redistricting — De facto disenfranchisement of Republicans in blue states, e.g., California and regions, e.g., New England, elicited the reaction one might expect in Texas.

I read The Mercury’s article on “poverty simulation.” What does poverty simulation have to do with healthcare? These simulations are set up for failure to make participants feel guilty. Been there, done that. I’ve been in prisons too (prison ministry), and talked to “lifers,” most of whom say it was their actions/choices, not poverty, that landed them there. What a bunch of leftist propaganda! The event should have provided stress management counseling.

It’s dawned on me over the past year that the way our government and media cancelled anyone who said anything negative about the vaccine, well, they did the same thing with anyone who didn’t agree with their climate assessment. It was done slowly and steadily, until it was accepted as fact, and no one realized how it was done, and just took it for granted.
