I just calculated my federal income tax bill using the BBB tax cuts. My tax bill would have been about $1,300 less this year with those cuts. That is what I call a beautiful bill that helps me. Trump is taking care of me like no other president has.

But on his mortgage refinance, Adam Schiff lied when he said his home in Maryland was his primary residence, because he got a better rate that way. Federal crime to do that. I just bought an item online from Walmart for pickup at the store for $17.23. If I bought the same item off the shelf, I would pay $25.31. So Walmart also pays someone to pick the item off the shelf and bring it out to my car for $8.08 less than I’d pay if I picked it up myself — and I might see something else to buy while there. Crazy pricing.

Did you know that the federal budget for Medicaid, for welfare, and for food stamps (SNAP) approved in the BBB actually is higher than it was last year? The article in Monday’s Mercury about the two county workers and the theft of fine money never mentions whether they were fired from the county. If they work for the county, I’m sure they were not underpaid, as it is mentioned she nearly lost her house years ago.
The Spring-Ford School Board will be paying an interim school superintendent a salary of $378,200 for one year. They will also be paying an interim elementary school principal $29,250 for nine weeks of work. I presume they will not be needing any additional funds from the state or local taxpayers since they have so much money to throw around.
