UPPER MERION — Some additional details have recently been released about the launch of the much anticipated Netflix House at the King of Prussia Mall in Montgomery County.
First announced in June 2024, the entertainment venue will be housed in the former Lord & Taylor store at the mall — covering more than 100,000 square feet over two floors. It is one of two Netflix House attractions slated to open later this year. The second location is in Dallas, Texas.
In addition, Netflix earlier this month announced plans for a third Netflix House location — scheduled to open in 2027 — on the Las Vegas Strip at BLVD Las Vegas.

Netflix House is a permanent, year-round experiential home for fans of Netflix programming that brings some of the streaming giant’s most popular shows and movies to life, according to a press release. Netflix House builds on more than 40 previous live experiences Netflix has launched in 300 cities around the world.
“Finally, a place where the Netflix story you can’t get enough of becomes something real that you can play, shop and taste. This is fandom coming to life, where you can actually step inside the worlds you’ve been watching and loving for years,” Marian Lee, Netflix’s chief marketing officer, said in a statement.
While a firm opening date has not yet been released, Netflix did release details about the some of the experiences the King of Prussia Netflix House will offer visitors:
• Wednesday: Eve of the Outcasts — What starts off as a fun school carnival falls under Wednesday’s spell to make for a twisted tour through the macabre. Visitors will discover games, mis-fortunes, and horrifying surprises in this immersive exploration of the Eve of the Outcasts Festival.
• ONE PIECE: Quest for the Devil Fruit — Dodge infamous villains and escape the marines in a high-stakes race to reach a mysterious Devil Fruit ahead of the Straw Hats.
• Netflix Virtuals (VR Games) — Visitors will play as the main character inside the worlds of Netflix shows and movies with immersive games from Sandbox VR.
• Top 9 (Mini Golf) — The experience features nine holes inspired by fan-favorite stories, with a high tech twist that unlocks interactive gameplay.
• Tudum Theater — Visitors can catch Netflix shows, movies and fan events on the big screen, as well as trivia nights, dine-ins and special talent appearances.
The venue will also include dining at Netflix Bites, a casual restaurant with food and craft cocktails inspired by popular Netflix stories and characters, as well as a shop featuring exclusive merchandise that will be updated regularly.
When the development of Netflix House was announced last June, Netflix officials told MediaNews Group in an emailed response to questions that King of Prussia was chosen as one of the first locations for the new entertainment venues because it is one of the most iconic shopping destinations in the nation and among the top five largest malls in America.
In its 2024 response, Netflix said it’s a perfect location because of its high foot traffic, diverse mix of stores and proximity to Philadelphia and other cities.
“We’re proud that Netflix chose King of Prussia for its first-ever Netflix House in the country. This groundbreaking addition enhances our vibrant entertainment scene and reflects King of Prussia’s continued growth as a premier destination for business, retail and unique attractions,” said Eric Goldstein, president & CEO of King of Prussia District.
