COATESVILLE — Smartcon Solutions, a national provider of energy savings and sustainability software for hotels and commercial buildings, has announced a strategic partnership with Chester County-based H2O Connected.
The collaboration, announced on Tuesday, aims to transform water management in the hospitality sector by integrating H2O Connected’s water monitoring technology into Smartcon’s cloud-based sustainability platform. The result for clients is energy conservation and reduced operational costs, according to a press release.
H2O Connected, which is headquartered in Coatesville, develops, manufactures, and distributes devices that detect, alert, and diagnose water loss in tank toilets, helping property owners save water and money.
One of the company’s products is the LeakAlertor Wireless PRO. It is that product that will be integrated with Smartcon’s platform.

“We’re thrilled to join forces with Smartcon Solutions to bring our advanced water monitoring technology to hotels and multi-family properties,” Susan Springsteen, CEO of H2O Connected, said in a statement. “Water loss is a hidden yet significant challenge in these sectors, and our solution not only pinpoints the problem but also empowers property owners to take immediate action. Together, we’re helping the industry achieve both sustainability and profitability.”
Once integrated, the LeakAlertor Wireless PRO will provide real-time data, analytics, and alerts for managing water consumption and reducing operating costs — all from a single dashboard, according to the release.
“At Smartcon Solutions, we are committed to delivering innovative IoT solutions that enhance operational efficiency and sustainability in the hospitality industry,” Thomas Mirante, principal of Smartcon Solutions, said in a statement, adding the partnership with H2O Connected exemplifies the commitment.
“By integrating their award-winning LeakAlertor PRO technology into our Neuro smart building platform, we provide hotel operators with real-time insights into water usage and proactive leak detection. This collaboration enables us to offer a comprehensive solution that not only reduces water waste and utility costs but also supports our clients’ environmental responsibility goals,” he said.
