I guess I’m not the only one who noticed how the pay TV companies have taken over everything. I have Verizon Fios and pay $168.00 a month, and that does not include Sports channels. The list of races — race information on Sat includes only one race on a regular TV channel. Once in a while, you may be able to watch a ball game on FOX, but that is about it. Cable TV is out of control with its prices.

Arizona is going to purge 50,000 non-citizens from its voter rolls. That’s right, fifty thousand non-citizens. Homeland Security is going to aid Arizona in verifying its voter rolls. And all those non-citizen voters are the reason Democrats like Madeleine Dean and Chrissy Houlahan voted against the SAVE Act.

Suzanne- You asked what I think of Trump’s tariff deal? Do you know what the average tariffs were at the beginning of 2025? Trump whipsawed the economy, causing instability and lasting damage. Walmart’s CEO (and others) say they can’t absorb 30% tariffs (we’ll pay the cost). Chinese consumers will pay less for American products. Calling him “The Donald” suggests sycophancy and accepting his alternate reality without question. I don’t, so why even ask?

More than 2,000 Starbucks hourly workers went on strike last week. Not over wages or health benefits (your cup of coffee costs $13 because those unskilled workers already earn $20+ per hour and have free premium healthcare packages), but the purple hair progressive misfits with their face piercings and ugly tattoos were striking over being told by the publicly traded company that employs them that they had to wear plain black shirts and khaki pants.

Have any of you watched any of the news covering those poor souls in the war zone countries begging for food, sick children dying from malnutrition, etc? Crying out that they did not ask for this war!? While the greedy heads of countries sit in their lavish rooms, pushing for more power over land and minerals. What would you do if it happened here? He was enforcing immigration law 3 decades before she was in Congress, and worked for 6 presidents with varied policies, but none with the success of the Trump administration.
