The Democrats carrying those ridiculous signs stating, “We are all immigrants,” are fools. They couldn’t define the word immigrant if they tried. They are repeating slogans and catchphrases without any understanding at all.

Hey “Taxpayer,” You should be happy that one person is doing the job of 3 in your township. Sounds to me like they are trying to save money. Did you ever hear anybody complaining that this person isn’t doing any of the jobs efficiently?
Thanks to The Mercury for remembering the 50th Anniversary of the “The Fall of Saigon”, called “Operation Frequent Wind”! To the best of my knowledge, on April 30, 2025, The Mercury was the only publication or TV network I observed that covered the historic events anniversary and Saigon’s indecent end!
Just the facts!
Mr. Ranganathan, invading another country and claiming territory violates international law. Claiming it is in the interest of protection from NATO is only valid if Russia plans to do something that endangers international safety. Trump’s support of that track justifies his aspirations for Canada and Greenland to become part of the US. No country can force a sovereign nation to accept terms where it cedes territory taken by force.

Target made the list of stores knowingly ripping people off. Chocolate chip cookies listed as 2 for $6 cost me $6.92. Tide was buy 2, get one free. That cost me $27.51 instead of $25.98. I use the term “ripping off” as no manager seems to want to correct the situation. They seem ok with the fact that people are getting overcharged. I no longer look down on shoplifters.

Trump blatantly lies to the public about gas and grocery prices (and eggs); he’s refuted by industry analysts and reporters. MAGA: Go Trump, Go! Donny says so! Look at those (imaginary) low gas and grocery prices.

Trump’s EPA has rolled back regulations governing clean air, water, wildlife, and toxic chemicals. It’s estimated that these moves could result in 200,000 premature deaths by 2050. Your reminder that Donald Trump is a danger to our planet and our health.

Whoa! These massive protest demonstrations that I have attended are awesome. Positive people gathering to voice their displeasure against an overbearing nut. Can’t seem to find any MAGA supporters though. I guess they’re hiding in their basements as usual. Snark knows!
Lefty, Keeping It Positive
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) seems to be trying to thwart ICE’s round-up of illegal immigrants. By doing so, she is violating federal laws. Remember when she said over and over again, “No one is above the law.” Hopefully, she will find out soon that she isn’t above the law, just like some of the judges, who think they are the president of the USA.

Maybe if Pottstown didn’t waste taxpayer monies on new electric buses, they’d have money to help their poor, homeless and starving citizens.
You MAGAts whined nonstop about prices under Biden, but now that Trump made prices higher/ worse, you just smile and take it. You were never mad about inflation — you were mad you couldn’t make Americans you don’t like suffer. You’re not patriots. You’re suckers being played, and too stupid or stubborn to admit that you too are suffering too.

Almost every day, there is a letter in Sound Off that claims Elon Musk spiked scores of investigations into his companies with DOGE. Odd, I didn’t hear about even one of these very, very serious investigations before DOGE. Odder still, there were no letters complaining about these investigations before the inauguration. The pages of the left-leaning NY Times and Washington Post remain empty of these allegations.
I read that CVS will be selling the weight loss drug Wegovy for $500 a month. I guess the obvious joke would be that you lose weight because you cannot afford to buy food and the drug at the same time.
Logical Bob
After insisting, over and over, that the economy was booming, in good shape, Trump finally admits that it’s not so good. But it’s Joe Biden’s fault, not his. That’s after 33 straight months of economic growth. Take a look at the facts, Donnie, you wrecked the economy and the country. You have no idea how to handle a job this big. It’s much worse than bankrupting casinos. It’s our country.
If you’re young and dumb and pondering the question of whether you are male or female, I may have an answer for you. An impactful knee or foot to the subject area should clear up your gender confusion real quick. Any questions?

Trump just said in an interview that “I run the country and the world” but whenever the press asks him about any one of the myriad of horrors his administration is committing on the public- he’s always in the dark: “Oh i don’t know anything about that, my lawyers haven’t told me to do that, that’s not my decision.“ So what is he running? Running his mouth, I guess

All of a sudden, the people who couldn’t afford to pay back their own student loans are experts in tariffs and the economy? I don’t think so.

RealAmerica exposes himself/herself every day as the lifelong minimum wage earning leech who’s been content with just getting by with the help of government handouts, and who never took the time or effort to better themselves to acquire the qualifications needed to earn a decent income. As a result, RealAmerica is envious and resentful of smart, industrious, productive people who took the initiative to create businesses and financial independence.
TrueAmerica
Hey Democrats, did you ever think about actually working for the American people? Instead, all you do is cry, moan, protest, and impeach presidents, go to work, or hand in your resignation
I know it’s springtime — I hear the motorcycles.

You know the El Salvadoran gang member that the Democrats want to bring back to the USA? Turns out they are also claiming he is a union member. I wonder if his union dues are in arrears?

I read that jellyfish have existed on Earth for 650 million years, while never having a brain. If that is true, I believe some of our “Sound Off” contributors may be blessed with a long life!
